Dr. Dasler is out-of-network provider for all insurance companies, meaning she does not accept insurance, Medicaid, or medicare. Patients pay up front for services and are responsible for seeking reimbursement through their insurance if it is a covered benefit. You will be provided with a detailed receipt or "superbill" that you can be used to submit a claim for reimbursement. This receipt will include your date of service, diagnostic code, and the procedure code. If you choose to seek reimbursement, please contact your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network benefits. The reimbursement amount you are eligible for will depend on your specific plan, network constraints, and the nature of your deductible. Please note, you may see Dr. Dasler listed as an in-network provider with a number of insurance companies, but this is only because of contract work with other agencies, and not her private practice.


When calling your insurance company ask the following:

  1. If your policy covers out-of-network providers
  2. If there is a deductible that must be met before you can seek reimbursement for out-of-network providers
  3. If you have this benefit, ask for the address or website to submit a claim


Dr. Dasler is listed as an in network provider with a number of insurance companies, but this is only because of her prior work in a community mental health agency, and not her private practice. Dr. Dasler is in her private office 3-4 days per week on a variable schedule, but does check her voicemail and email Monday through Friday.
